This 45 min class is designed for all fitness levels. You work the upper and lower body getting a complete workout. You will utilize the Step alternating between exercises on and off the step with exciting and inspiring music. Weights, bands, tubes and other equipment may be used as well to work up your heart rate and give you that valuable toning you want.


Pound / Drumsticks

Sweat, Sculpt, & rock it out with Pound, a fun fitness phenomenon inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming! Pound is a full body cardio session using drumsticks to pound the floor in rhythm to the music. You will pound from the standing, sitting or lying position thus working the whole body. This class utilizes the Penalty Box product which is a piece of equipment that opens up to form a four square grid.
