Beginners Bike Blast
Ease your way into riding a stationary bike with Beginners Bike Blast. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. This 60-minute class requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises. This class delivers an effective total body workout to people of all ages and levels by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Interval Cardio Crush (ICC)
ICC is an energizing 45-minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style class. Each ICC class consists of 8 different exercises, designed to enable you to maximize your strength and ability. There are modifications available for each exercise.

Barre is a 60-minute class using mixed elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. The moves are efficiently choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing Barre workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Kickbox Krush is a full-body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in Kickbox Krush also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Sweat n' Burn
Sweat ‘n Burn is an upbeat and energetic cardio class. The class combines exciting choreographed aerobic combinations with toning intervals that leave you with a satisfying burn. Sweat-n-Burn caters to all levels and abilities while working to increase your stamina and endurance.

Club Cardio is a hi-low aerobics class that combines multiple exercises into a single class to combine low-impact movements with periods of more challenging high-impact movements. Club Cardio offers choreography that can be individually adapted to both high and low impact forms, as you decide which version of the movement you prefer.

Pilates is a routine that promotes core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture, balanced flexibility and strength. Done on a fitness mat, this class may use equipment such as stretch bands and stability balls. Pilates focuses mainly on working against gravity and the weight of your body to hold and maintain a varied number of positions involving strength and stamina.

Follow the instructor as she takes you through a heart-thumping, brain-pumping dance experience. You set your pace as intensely as you want—you can burn 500 calories in 60 minutes!
This 45 min class is designed for all fitness levels. You work the upper and lower body getting a complete workout. You will utilize the Step alternating between exercises on and off the step with exciting and inspiring music. Weights, bands, tubes and other equipment may be used as well to work up your heart rate and give you that valuable toning you want.
Pound / Drumsticks
Sweat, Sculpt, & rock it out with Pound, a fun fitness phenomenon inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming! Pound is a full body cardio session using drumsticks to pound the floor in rhythm to the music. You will pound from the standing, sitting or lying position thus working the whole body. Feel the release as you expel all tension from your body, through your sticks and onto the floor.
Max burn is a pre-choreographed, high repetition strength training class that is designed to increase your endurance and Sculpt and tone all major muscle groups. It is the same program for 10 to 12 weeks which enables you to set and achieve attainable goals and monitor those improvements along the way.
Hoola Dance is a blend of dancing and toning using a lightly weighted hoola hoop. It provides an intense, fat-burning cardio workout while toning the whole body, especially the core. It helps develop posture, balance and coordination all while dancing to the tempo and rhythm of great music. Pick up your hoop and get ready to dance!
Drums Alive combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of drums. Instead of beating on a drum, you pound a stability ball with a pair of drumsticks, unleashing your inner musical excitement. And while clicking the drumsticks, you may dance around the balls, or do squats and lunges. The movements engage your core and will leave you drenched and energized.
