GroupLab: Train Together. Level Up.

Step into GroupLab, the small group training experience that brings energy, focus, and real results. Every class is led by a certified trainer and capped at just a few participants, giving you the intensity of a personal workout with the motivation of a team.

Each 4-week program is designed to challenge you, strengthen you, and keep you coming back for more. Choose from signature sessions like:
PowerForm Pro – advanced dumbbell strength training
Tread & Shred – treadmill intervals mixed with weights and endurance work
Getting to Know the Slide Board – cardio, core, and toning on the slide mat

Programs are $140 for 4 classes (to be used within 4 weeks). Spots are limited, so grab your place and get ready to move.
