Join a group of people who are looking to improve in a specific area of fitness. Perhaps you’re just starting out and would like to familiarize yourself with form and technique while working in a group setting with that extra personal attention. Or maybe you’re r looking to take your fitness aspirations to the next level by joining a group using advanced techniques to take it to your max. Joining an SGT will give you more personal attention while benefiting from the fun, motivation and support of group fitness.

SGT Classes Stretching-Improve flexibility, range of motion and blood flow. Done to spa-like music, it will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, tendons and ligaments. Give yourself the time to rejuvenate and relax.

Core Stability Designed to build the core muscle groups while improving posture through performing exercises that strengthen abdominal and back regions. Working to flatten the abs and increase back strength.

TRX RIP Training The TRX Rip Trainer™ combines a resistance cord and weighted bar, creating an asymmetric load for explosive core and cardio training. Strength where it counts! A strong core will unlock your agility, balance, conditioning, and rotational force, making your daily life activities so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

How It Works

  • Each group consists of up to 6 people
  • The SGT will run for 4 sessions, once a week
