Small Group Training Targeting Specific Areas of Fitness

Join a group of people who are looking to improve in a specific area of fitness. Perhaps you’re just starting out and would like to familiarize yourself with form and technique while working in a group setting with that personal attention. Or maybe you’re r looking to take your fitness aspirations to the next level by joining a group using advanced techniques to take it to your max. Joining an SGT will give you more personal attention while benefiting from the fun, motivation and support of group fitness.

Each SGT unit consists of four classes.
The four classes are designed to enable the participants to advance and improve at a steady rate.

Small group training is not included in gym membership.
